3D Chatting Video Editing In Alight Motion

INTRODUCTION

hey guys in this video i will show you how to make this kind of bitsy montages and i will also show you how to make this transition which was inspired from hash i have provided timestamps at the description so that you can easily move through different sections of the video and there is one good news that we are not going to use smooth action cam for this video but if you want to add velocity you can still add that that's totally up to you anyways let's move on to the first step it is for beginners.

OPEN XML FILE

so if you know how to sync the video with the music you can skip this part of the video so first you have to add your videos into handmaster after that select pan and zoom option and select this it will link the start and end position now zoom into the video to get rid of these black parts on the top and bottom you have to do this thing with all the clips which you have added so i recommend you to add this effect when you have imported the full gameplay.

SELECT GROUP 1

so that you don't have to add it again and again now we are going to cut out those parts where we are killing an enemy so it is pretty simple you just have to play the video from the starting and find where you are killing an enemy so in my case it is here we have just played the video and we know there is no kills here so we have to delete this part of the video and split the video here because there are more clips at the right side where we have kills so let's delete the left side .

CLICK BACKGROUND IMAGE

now move until you get the kill and after getting it split the video and find another part where you're killing an enemy so let me quickly find it here we are killing another enemy so you have to stop the video before firing the gun then delete this side of the video and move forward until you get the kill and after getting the kill split the video here and in this way you just have to cut out all the clips from your gameplay .

CHANGE UR IMAGES

so here i have cut out all those clips now let's move on to the next step we are going to sync the video with the music first i am going to add a black background at the beginning its because i will add some text there you can skip this part if you dont wanna add any text or something after that we're going to add a music and you can find the link of this music at the description below it is a copyright free music now let me quickly add it and cut out the part which i'm going to use you have to listen the music very carefully to identify the bits and if you look closely in that music layer you can see that there are waves you have to find out in which wave you have that bit and in my case it is here and i will add a mark here by tapping on this red rectangle shape .

STEP 1

now let's find out the next bit the bits usually have a higher amplitude so you have to find that out in the wave of music layer and mark them now if you have very fast bit you have to add two marks one when the first bit starts and one when the first bit ends like i've done here and after adding all those marks now let's sync the video with the music in the first clip you have to find out where your gun is getting a flash so in my clip it is here it is very close to that mark but not exactly at the mark now it is kind of here in my clip and we have to move it to the mark and to do that we have to move this part to that mark and it is pretty simple.

STEP 2

you just have to increase the length from the left side the first clip is synced now let's move on to the second clip we're going to cut the first clip from the right side so that we can get the second clip at the second mark now let's find out where the part is where we are getting the flash in the gun and it is kind of here now we need to move this part to that mark and for that we have to cut this clip from the left side now we have to go into that mark and check if you are getting any flash in the gun so as you can see there is no flash.

DRAG AND DROP

so we are going to cut this clip a little more to get that so we are getting the flash now now you have to cut out the right side and keep the third clip at the third mark and in this way you have to sync all these clips and we're going to use a different method for syncing the clips in fast bit but let me first sync this then i'll show you how to sync in fast bits .

XML FILE IMPORT

so in this area we have that fast beat you have to find out where you are firing your gun then cut the clip exactly before you fire cut it from the left side then also cut it from the right side and remember the duration you have to make it very small around 0.35 seconds now in this clip do the same thing cut the left side exactly before you fire then cut it from the right side you have to keep the duration same so it will be 0.35 seconds in this area all the clips will be the same duration this duration totally depends on the speed of the beat so if your music have a very fast bit you may have to make it more small around 0.1 second now fill this area with all 0.35 seconds clip where we have that first bit and also you have to make sure that you are finding your gun exactly at the starting of the clip .

ALIGHT MOTION XML FILE

so you have to keep adding 0.35 seconds clip until you fill this area and you don't have to cut exactly 0.35 seconds as i have said earlier you may have to make it small or big according to the speed of your beat so as you can see here it is not syncing very well we have to make the duration short so i'm going to keep the duration around 0.25 seconds in all these clips so let's change the duration of all these clips here it's looking nice i guess now in this area we have a much faster weight so we're going to add more smaller clips here i'll keep the duration around 0.15 seconds .

CHANGE A THEMES

so as you have done before you have to cut the clip exactly before you fire your gun and then make the duration small by cutting it from this side [Music] now we are going to make that transition and for that you have to create a new project then import any sniping clip and after that cut the clip when you have killed the enemy and here select capture and save it will save a screenshot in your gallery now you have to use any background erasing app like pixart or background eraser i'm using background eraser here because it is very simple to use i'm going to erase the background and save this as png.

CLICK WHATSAPP WALLPAPER

now after doing that come back to the project and delete this clip here now you have to add that screenshot as media i am going to keep the duration of this image around 7 seconds [Music] then duplicate this image as layer now select the layer and select animation now add a keyframe at the beginning and add a keyframe at the ending now come at the keyframe at the ending and make this image smaller also align it with the center using these lines now you have to go to the starting of the video and zoom in the image and don't forget to align it at the center so this is how it is going to look now we have to select the layer and then duplicate it around 10 to 20 times depending on the length of your video if it is longer then you have to duplicate it more now click here watch carefully how i am arranging the clips here you have to arrange them in a similar way .

GREEN SCREEN CHATTING

now select the layer which is at the very bottom then select it and from here select bring to front now click the layer above it and select bring to front and in this way you have to select each and every layer and select bring to front until you reach the top so as you can see here we are already getting that effect now you have to make a small adjustment at the first layer so select the layer and select animation now fit it into the screen at the beginning of that layer.

THRESHOLD VALUE INCREASE

so it should look something like this now it is looking kind of weird you have to change another thing that is select the second layer and increase the duration from the left side so as you can see it is perfect now now we are going to add a effect so for that click on layer and select effect and you have to download this effect then add it now increase the duration to cover the full project and also increase its size now go to settings and increase the radius and decrease the strength.

CROMAKEY

so it should look something like this now select the effect layer and select the in animation to fade now export the video after the export is complete open the previous project now we have to import that video from which we took the screenshot so for that select media and add that video now i will find that part from where i took the screenshot and cut the video from the right side now you have to import that video that video with effects .

LIKE AFTER EFFECT

so from this part of the video you can see some black sides so i'll just cut out that part now we have to sync the video with the music so we need this shot at this mark and for that you know what to do you have to cut the video from the left side the music is quite fast so i'm also going to increase the speed a little bit after syncing the clip with the music you have to increase the speed of this clip also [Music] and when you increase the speed the preview may lag but it will look fine after exporting.

3D ANIMATION

so don't worry about that now come at this part of the video from where that effect video starts now go to layers and add that png you have to match the size of this png with the background now a little before the video ends you have to cut this cut it from the right side now select the layer and select animation now go at the very beginning and move a little forward and here add a keyframe now make this character big and don't forget to stay on that keyframe now you have to move a little forward and add few keyframes and move the character here and there so that it looks like it is moving then you have to add a keyframe at the very end and make the character small and you can rotate it if you want .

CHANGE 3D

now from here you can keep adding more clips so let me show you which transition i prefer so this is the transition i suggest you to use after this effect which is speed turn if you don't have this effect you can download it from the asset store and i'm going to keep the duration around 0.5 now let's cut this a little bit then you have to sync your video with the music and i have already explained how to do that remember i told you to mute the videos audio that's because we are going to add gun sounds manually you can download my gun sound pack to get most of the sounds or you can record from practice mode .

CONCLUSION

you can skip this fast bits you don't have to add any gun sounds there but if you want to add you can add but it is very hard to sync them now i'm going to add few effects in a light motion um why a light motion because in kind master the flicker effect is not very good it don't have the speed control so i'm adding the flicker effect on a light motion it is very simple you just have to add a shape and then add a effect called pulse now about that color grading and sky glow i have already made tutorials on that so go check them out if you haven't and that's all for this video thank you for watching see you in the next video
